Bird Nest Removal

Our feathered friends love a safe convenient place to make a nest. If only they knew the danger they cause fire owners and themselves.

If you see twigs or other debris in your fire grate during the first part of the year, it is a good sign that you have some nesting birds in your chimney. If you do, then get in touch with our specialist who can advise you what to do.

Bird nests are protected by law, with serious consequences for those who interfere with them whilst they are active, including sweeps. Removal can only take place after the active season.

DO NOT,  under any circumstances, use your fire if you suspect you have a nest.

Your best protection against the cost of a nest removal is to have a cowl fitted to your chimney.
